Hastee: supporting companies for the wellbeing of employees
On 14 February, Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Hastee partnered to hold a seminar entitled ‘The present and future of workplace and financial wellbeing of employees’. The seminar focused on how to help employees optimise their financial health.
In today’s challenging economic climate, helping employees improve their financial wellbeing is a very valuable asset when it comes to improving the workplace climate and maintaining productivity in companies. In times of economic instability is when employees need their employer to step up with solutions that allow them access to liquidity in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible cost, empowering employees and providing them with a sense of security and peace of mind.
Francisco Puertas Bautista, president of Hastee for Spain and Portugal and a professor of our Master in Human Resources Management, explained how Hastee gives employees access to their generated salary, and how the company helps them properly manage their personal finances. Jaime Jiménez, CEO at Hastee, discussed the importance of the financial wellbeing of employees in organisations, and its impact on their performance, as well as presenting Hastee’s new ‘Workplace Wellbeing Study 2023’. The company’s sales director, Juanjo Domínguez, offered a brief presentation of how Hastee works and the value it adds to companies.
The event concluded with a very interesting interview with Carlos Martin Cardiel, Head of Compensation and Benefits at Air Europa, who shared his vision of employee financial wellbeing from the client’s perspective.
